SAME-DAY HOSPITALITY COVER

Someone reliable,
tonight.

Venues post the shifts they need filled. Workers arrive with a record that shows up before they do.

WHAT IT IS

A shift board where both sides have a record worth reading.

IF YOU RUN THE VENUEYou see who you're about to hire.

Attendance, shifts completed, quality average and uploaded credentials, on everyone who says they're interested. It's evidence, not a guarantee.

IF YOU WORK THE SHIFTYou see who you're turning up for.

Whether the venue pays as stated, how fast it confirms, and what other workers reported. Saying you're interested is not the same as being booked, and you're told which one you are.

WHAT WE PROMISE

Evidence, not promises.

JumpShift records what happened. It doesn't guarantee what will. That's the difference, and we won't blur it.

HOW IT WORKS

Post it, read the records, pick someone.

01Post the shift

Role, time, rate, what the person needs to hold. Two minutes, and it is live to workers in your area.

02See who is interested

Every worker arrives with their attendance record, shifts completed, quality average and uploaded credentials. You choose from that.

03Confirm, and they turn up

You engage the worker and pay them directly, exactly as you would today. Whether they showed up is recorded either way.

QUESTIONS

The ones worth answering up front.

Workers pay nothing, ever. Venues get the first month free with no card, then £59 or £99 a month depending on the plan.

No. The venue engages the worker and pays them directly, exactly as it would otherwise. JumpShift never holds, escrows or transfers wages.

No. Expressing interest is not acceptance. The venue confirms, and until it does you are not booked — the app says so at every step.

No. Workers upload their certificates and they are shown with the expiry date attached. We do not check them against the issuing body, and we never claim to.

It is recorded against their attendance and it is visible to venues afterwards. The same applies in reverse: a venue that does not pay as stated carries that on its record.

The venue, as the engager. JumpShift gives you somewhere to collect and record the evidence, but the legal duty stays with you.
